Acrylic filter felt
The acrylic fiber used in the filtration industry generally refers to the homopolymer acrylic. Acrylic ,(acrylic fiber) fiber was invented by DuPont in 1950. It has a round or octagonal, the surface is smooth, it is not easy to absorb water, it can resist acid and alkali and sunshine, and it is not easy to yellow and stain. It is usually called polyacrylonitrile fiber.
Acrylic fiber itself fiber strength is not very superior, generally using polyester filament cloth or acrylic and polyester mixed cloth to enhance the strength of needle felt.
Acrylic needle felt is a fine fiber cloth with uniform distribution of voids by using non-woven technology. The surface is smooth and smooth by hot rolling and burning, so it is not easily blocked by dust. Acrylic needle felt temperature resistance is 140~160 degrees Celsius, it is the best acid, alkali and hydrolysis resistance medium-temperature filter material.Our factory uses imported acrylic fiber as raw material to form felt by acupuncture, and then through special oil-proof and waterproof treatment to obtain acrylic medium temperature anti-hydrolysis needle filter felt. The filter material has excellent chemical resistance and hydrolysis resistance.
It is widely used in dust collection of flue gas such as power plant, waste incineration, asphalt, cement plant, coal mill, asphalt and ceramic spray drying tower.
