During the operation of the bag dust collector, the dust in the gas contains more moisture and oil, as well as hygroscopic and moisture-prone dust. It is possible to form water film or oil film on the dust surface and increase adhesion, which is helpful to capture dust. But it will make it difficult to clear ash. Especially when the high temperature gas is in the high humidity state, the condensation phenomenon is due to the cooling effect of the external gas.This can not only make the collected dust scale on the surface of the filter bag, or even clog, but also corrode the structural material and increase the running resistance of the dust collector, which directly affects the normal operation of the bag dust collector. In view of this, the function of ordinary filter material must be further improved in order to apply this special working condition, prevent or reduce the phenomenon of dust paste bag, and improve the service life and working efficiency of filter material.
In recent years, our company selected reactive fluorides to polyester, polypropylene, anti-static needle felt aramid needle felt and other filter materials after treatment, have achieved an ideal water-repellent and oil-proof effect. Not only the water repellent and oil proof grade test reached the national standard, but also did not affect the appearance style and internal index of the original needle felt.
After treated with water repellent and oil repellent, all kinds of filter media can form molecular barrier around the surface of fiber, which can prevent water and all kinds of oil from sticking and permeating. Compared with ordinary filter media, it not only has the characteristics of water repellent and oil proof, but also has anti-bonding and easy stripping property for dust. This product is especially suitable for filtering in southern or rainy areas and high air humidity.
