Especially when the high temperature gas is in the high humidity state, the condensation phenomenon is due to the cooling effect of the external gas.This can not only make the collected dust scale on the surface of the filter bag, or even clog, but also corrode the structural material and increase the running resistance of the dust collector, which directly affects the normal operation of the bag dust collector. In view of this, the function of ordinary filter material must be further improved in order to apply this special working condition, prevent or reduce the phenomenon of dust paste bag, and improve the service life and working efficiency of filter material.

After treated with water repellent and oil repellent, all kinds of filter media can form molecular barrier around the surface of fiber, which can prevent water and all kinds of oil from sticking and permeating. Compared with ordinary filter media, it not only has the characteristics of water repellent and oil proof, but also has anti-bonding and easy stripping property for dust.
