High Quality Filter Felt - polyester filter felt – Riqi Filter Detail:
Riqi filter company manufacture polyester needle filter felt selected 1-2.5 d of high quality polyester fiber, with high strength and low stretch yarn weaving reinforced scrim, through acupuncture reinforcement and treatment process.In addition to the characteristics of high porosity, good permeability, acid resistance and moderate alkalinity of ordinary felt filter cloth, the product has very good wear resistance, so it is the largest used variety of felt filter material.weight from 350 g/㎡-800 g/㎡, thickness from 1 mm-4mm our factory can be produced.
Finishing treatment include calendering, burning, heat setting, impregnation coating and so on. It has the characteristics of stable size, easy ash cleaning and long service life.
