The aramid fiber produced by the international leading aramid fiber manufacturer and the international advanced standard were used to manufacture the Metas high temperature resistant needle filter felt. Characteristics of Metas high temperature resistant needle filter felt:
- excellent temperature resistance: can operate continuously at 204℃ temperature (instantaneous temperature 250℃), and can withstand repeated 250℃ instantaneous fluctuation temperature.
2. outstanding dimensional stability: only less than 1% thermal shrinkage at 250℃ temperature with excellent high temperature stability.
3. fire resistance: decomposition and carbonization began at 400℃, the limit oxygen index (loi) was 30, no spontaneous combustion and no combustion.
4.good chemical resistance: low concentrations of acid and alkali and most hydrocarbons do not affect it, even a small amount of fluoride will not be significantly corroded; is one of the ideal accessories for asphalt concrete mixing buildings.our products and a number of production of asphalt mixing building equipment has been used.
