Antistatic filter felt
After reaching a certain degree (that is, explosion limit), general industrial dust can easily lead to explosion and fire in the event of electrostatic discharge spark or external ignition.
According to the needs of domestic blast furnace gas coal dust collection and cement plant coal dust collection and other industries, anti-static needle-punched filter felt and filter cloth were developed and produced.
In addition to the process of producing common needle felt, the production of antistatic filter cloth also requires the incorporation of conductive fiber yarn into the warp yarn of the base cloth producing needle felt or the mixing of conductive fiber or conductive material in chemical fiber. These two types of antistatic filter cloth can be produced by our company.
